Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join a team. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. As a Commercial Insurance Producer you will leverage your expertise in commercial insurance to provide tailored solutions to clients while contributing to the overall success of the organization. • Salary Range: $70000 - $90000 per year (commensurate with experience and production numbers)

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Provide expert advice on standard commercial insurance coverages to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of accounts.
• Utilize the Epic software platform to manage client information and streamline processes.
• Consistently achieve or exceed production targets to support organizational goals.

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial insurance with a strong understanding of standard commercial lines coverages.
• Skills:
