Commercial HVACR Service Technician

Mr. C Refrigeration provides installation emergency repair and preventative maintenance services for commercial and industrial refrigeration cold storage and HVAC equipment. Were looking for experienced HVAC/R technicians who can confidently troubleshoot diagnose and repair commercial equipment while providing dependable service to our customers.

As a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician youll work independently in the field servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections

• Service heating cooling ventilation and refrigeration equipment

• Identify the root cause of equipment failures and complete necessary repairs

• Test systems after repairs to ensure safe and proper operation

• Communicate findings repair needs and recommendations clearly with customers

• Complete service documentation accurately and on time

• Maintain a safe clean and professional work environment

• Travel to customer locations throughout the assigned service area

• 3 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience preferred

• EPA Certification required

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment

• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Valid drivers license

• Technical school HVAC/R training or equivalent field experience preferred

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

This is a hands-on field position requiring the ability to regularly stand walk bend kneel climb reach push and pull; lift or move up to 50 pounds; climb ladders and work at elevated heights; and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions.

Mr. C Refrigeration offers competitive pay along with opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime commission and on-call work.
