We are currently hiring an experiencedHVAC Service Technicianto join our team inGreensboro NC. If youre a results-driven technician with expertise in commercial HVAC systems we want to hear from you.

• Troubleshoot maintain and repair commercial HVAC and industrial refrigeration systems

• Diagnose and service rooftop units split systems chillers boilers pumps air handlers and VAV systems

• Inspect test and adjust HVAC components including compressors motors blowers thermostats breakers wiring switches and controls

• Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems at the component and control board level

• Perform system diagnostics and implement corrective actions efficiently

• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain active certifications

• Keep accurate logs of system performance pressures temperatures airflow and humidity

• Provide timely professional service and communicate clearly with clients

• EPA Universal Certificationrequired

• Minimum of 4 years experienceservicing and maintaining industrial/commercial HVAC systems

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics

• Ability to diagnose complex HVAC system issues under pressure

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

• Available for on-call rotation overtime and emergency after-hours service as needed

• Able to lift push and carry up to 75 pounds

• Ability to work in tight spaces on rooftops ladders and outdoor conditions year-round

• Stand walk kneel crawl climb and bend frequently throughout the day

• Competitive pay based on experience- Up to $35 an hour DOE
