• Ability to work independently and meet project schedules
  
• Reliable transportation and installation tools
  
• Strong attention to quality and detail
  
• Must be willing to execute Jack Laurie Groups Subcontractor Agreement
  
• Must maintain General Liability Insurance
  
• Must maintain Workers Compensation Insurance (or provide applicable exemption documentation where permitted by law)
  
• Commitment to jobsite safety and professionalism
  

• Established installation crew
  
• Experience in healthcare or occupied environments
  
• Ability to travel throughout Northeast Indiana as needed
