Job Summary
The Commercial Contracts Manager is responsible for managing and supporting Five-S Groups construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle from pre-award through project closeout. This role serves as the primary business-side resource for contract review negotiation administration compliance notices amendments changes and contractual entitlement.
The Commercial Contracts Manager works closely with Estimating Preconstruction Business Development Project Management Operations and Legal/Risk to ensure contract requirements are understood communicated documented and effectively managed while protecting Five-S Groups contractual and commercial interests.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
