Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed safely on time within budget and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage project schedules budgets and overall execution.
Coordinate with clients general contractors field teams vendors and suppliers.
Review construction drawings specifications contracts and materials.
Track material deliveries labor costs billing and change orders.
Conduct site visits to ensure quality and installation standards.
Identify risks resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements
35 years of commercial construction project management experience.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings contracts budgets and job costing.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Preferred: Division 10 or specialty architectural products experience Bluebeam Procore or .
