- Provide strategic leadership for the PD Construction division driving growth profitability and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners developers architects and commercial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Provide oversight for commercial remodeling and tenant improvement projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and to company quality standards.
- Support project teams in resolving challenges and maintaining exceptional client experiences.
- Monitor departmental budgets forecasting job costing and profitability.
- Review project financials estimates and contracts to ensure sound business decisions.
- Implement strategies that improve efficiency profitability and overall performance.
- Lead coach and develop Project Managers Superintendents and support staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Build organizational capability to support current operations and future growth.
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Existing network of commercial construction contacts throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
- Experience with estimating project management and commercial construction operations.
