• Provide reliable coverage when a team member is absent or an account needs extra help.
• Perform specialty cleaning and floor-care services such as carpet cleaning tile scrubbing window cleaning high-ceiling vacuuming and strip-and-wax or scrub-and-recoat work.
• Follow the scope of work safety procedures and equipment instructions.
• Communicate clearly with your manager about progress schedule changes and any problems you find.
• Treat clients teammates and their facilities with respect.
• Take care of company equipment and leave each assignment ready for the next person.

• Flexibility: You can shift between assignments and are willing to learn different types of work.

• Physical ability to perform active cleaning work including standing walking bending reaching and using cleaning equipment throughout a shift.
• Ability to travel between client locations in Northwest Arkansas.

• Part-time with a target of approximately 1620 hours per week.
• Starting pay: $17.50 per hour.
• Weekly assignments will include planned maintenance work and may change when call-off coverage is needed. Some flexibility in availability is important.
