Qualifications:
- Prefer certified teacher from the Gull Lake Community Schools
- One season of collegiate color guard experience preferred
- Previous choreographer and/or equipment technician experience preferred
- Proficient in teaching all areas of color guard and color guard equipment such as dance rifle props staging and blocking
- Saturday commitment is required
- Must demonstrate patience and attention to detail
- Demonstrated successful experiences working with high school students
- Prefer academic coursework beyond High School level
- Professional in personal conduct and actions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
