This family owned collision center has been a trusted body shop in its coastal New England community since 1970. The shop has a strong reputation a loyal customer base and more work than the team can currently handle.

They are looking for an experienced Collision Estimator who can take ownership of the customer and insurance relationship while becoming a long term part of the team.

Requirements

What Youll Do

Write accurate collision repair estimates using CCC ONE

Meet with customers photograph vehicle damage and walk vehicles with them

Perform pre repair and post repair scans

Communicate and work with insurance partners including a Direct Repair Program

Manage customer and insurance communication throughout the repair process

Partner closely with the production team to keep repairs moving efficiently

What Youll Bring

Collision estimating experience

Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License or the ability to obtain one

The shop will support the licensing process if needed

CCC ONE experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Confidence working directly with customers and insurance adjusters

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple repairs and relationships

Required Skills:

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of customer service or related experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software. Preferred Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field. Automotive industry experience. Body shop experience. Bilingual.
