We are a high-volume state-of-the-art collision repair center looking for skilled professionals to join our growing team. We offer competitive pay modern equipment and a steady workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate repair estimates for collision-damaged vehicles
  • Communicate with customers insurance companies and technicians throughout the repair process
  • Inspect vehicle damage and develop comprehensive repair plans
  • Order necessary parts and monitor repair progress
  • Ensure repairs meet quality standards and are completed on schedule
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow DRP and insurance guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Previous collision estimating experience required
  • Knowledge of CCC ONE Mitchell or Audatex estimating software preferred
  • Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and insurance claims
  • Excellent customer service communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment

  • A-Class Body Technicians Perform structural repairs frame pulling and panel replacements to OEM standards. ICARcertified starting 32.00 per hour
  • Automotive Painters Deliver flawless color matching mixing and premium clear coat finishes using top-tier paint systems. Starting 30.00 per hour
  • Paint Prep Technicians Tape sand prime and prep vehicles efficiently to keep the paint booth moving. Starting 25.00 per hour
  • Automotive Detailers Provide final buffing polishing and interior/exterior cleaning for a showroom finish. Starting 18.00 per hour
