Position Summary:
Are you an experienced Collision Estimator looking for an opportunity to maximize your earning potential while working for one of Northern Californias most respected collision repair organizations

Kniesels Collision is seeking motivated customer-focused Collision Estimators to join our growing team throughout the Greater Sacramento Area. As a Collision Estimator youll play a critical role in the repair process building trust with customers partnering with insurance carriers developing accurate repair plans and helping ensure every vehicle is repaired safely and efficiently to manufacturer standards.

Positions Available:Collision Estimator (Full-Time)
Location: Greater Sacramento Area

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:Deliver top-notch customer service by clearly explaining repair plans maintaining open communication throughout the repair process promptly addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction upon completion.
Estimating:Demonstrated proficiency in collision estimating processes including body frame mechanical and paint operations. Capable of conducting comprehensive damage assessments and producing accurate detailed repair estimates.
Insurance Coordination:Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure repairs are approved and align with insurance and Kniesels standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with body technicians and other team members to manage repair timelines and deliver high-quality repairs.
Compliance & Quality Control: Perform quality inspections to ensure repairs meet Kniesels standards ensuring accuracy and adherence to all regulatory guidelines.

2 years of experience as a collision estimator or in a related role is preferred.
Knowledge of CCC1 Mitchell and other collision repair estimating software.
Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers insurance companies and team members.
Familiarity with Nexsyis management software is a plus.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
