Collision Center Operations Assistant

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience
• Create and manage collision repair work orders and estimates
• Coordinate with insurance companies throughout the claims process
• Communicate repair status and updates to customers
• Schedule repairs and help manage daily workflow
• Maintain accurate repair orders customer files and vehicle history
• Work closely with technicians to ensure customer concerns are properly documented
• Assist with administrative and office functions to support the Collision Center
• Maintain professional communication with customers vendors and team members

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in a collision repair or body shop environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience writing estimates or coordinating collision repairs preferred
• Connecticut Appraisers License is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with Mitchell CCC or other collision estimating software preferred
• Experience with dealer management systems such as Excede/Procede is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
