Collision Center Admin

Firkins CDJR is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Collision Center Admin to join our team in Bradenton FL. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our collision center by managing administrative tasks coordinating communications and assisting customers to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.

• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries related to the collision center.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate repair timelines with technicians and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs parts orders and customer information.
• Assist with billing processes and ensure timely follow-up on payments.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies and vendors as needed.
• Support the collision center team with administrative duties to promote efficient operations.

• Previous administrative experience preferably in an automotive or collision center setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using scheduling or management software.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

• Competitive hourly pay of $17.00 - $18.00 paid weekly.
