What Youll Do
- Connect with customers regarding payment obligations account status invoices and contractual agreements.
- Educate customers on available options and help identify appropriate solutions.
- Manage a high volume of outbound communications while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account information.
- Partner with customer service operations and other business teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Balance productivity quality compliance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Were Looking For
Successful candidates typically bring:
- Customer service banking collections retail hospitality call center or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to navigate multiple systems and manage competing priorities.
- Confidence handling difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer and typing proficiency.
- A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST
Location: Marshall or Saint Paul 3 days in office
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Good knowledge of concepts practices policies and procedures of banking products and services
- Effective telephone and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult customer calls
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
- Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first.
