At The Point Casino & Hotel every shift is different. Youll be at the heart of the action delivering exceptional service while helping create an exciting atmosphere for our guests.

No two days are the same! Youll:

• Deliver friendly prompt beverage service throughout the casino.
• Build genuine connections with guests while providing outstanding hospitality.
• Keep your service area clean stocked and ready for action.
• Assist bartenders with stocking and other support tasks.
• Ensure guests are enjoying themselves responsibly.
• Handle cash accurately and professionally.
• Work as part of an energetic team that keeps the fun going.

• Loves working with people.
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Can stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys being on their feet and staying active.
• Takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
• Is dependable friendly and a true team player.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service or serving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Washington State Food Handler Card.
• Class 13 Alcohol Server Permit.
• Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License.
