Coalition Youth Specialist

• Wyandot and Algonquin Middle Schools with some work at Chippewa Valley High and Mohegan High
• Works with the Chippewa Valley Coalition for Youth and Families
• Full time day hours generally confirming to school schedules
• Follows school calendar with limited summer work and occasional evening hours
• $72000 per year annual increases
• 3 year contract does not offer benefits
• Postion is hired through EDUSTAFF
• Start date is August 1 2026

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters degree in Counseling Social Work or Psychology preferred. (will consider candidates with a Bachelors Degree and experience).
• Expeience with working with youth required.
• Drug prevention experience youth preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and sensitively within a diverse school community.

Duties:

• Delivery of group work services and drug prevention education programming to students.
• Organize delivery of services in the school by community agencies.
• Consultation with school staff.
• Small caseload of at-risk students for intervention parent outreach referral to community agencies.
• Liasion with the Chippewa Valley Coalistion for Youth and Families in support of Coalition prevention programming.
