CNC Saw Operator 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $18.85 per hour
Shift: MondayFriday 3:30 PM 12:00 AM
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week with opportunities for increased hours as production demands grow.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC saw equipment preferably in a foam-cutting environment. This role requires strong attention to detail the ability to follow production specifications and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC saw machinery to accurately cut foam materials according to work orders and production requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints measurements work instructions and cutting specifications.
- Set up adjust and monitor CNC equipment to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality and dimensional standards.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment concerns as needed.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies procedures and manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating CNC saws or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Foam-cutting experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to read measuring tools and interpret detailed instructions.
- Strong focus on quality accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
