CNC Saw Operator

We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC saw equipment preferably in a foam-cutting environment. This role requires strong attention to detail the ability to follow production specifications and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Operate CNC saw machinery to accurately cut foam materials according to work orders and production requirements.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints measurements work instructions and cutting specifications.
  
• Set up adjust and monitor CNC equipment to ensure precision and efficiency.
  
• Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality and dimensional standards.
  
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment concerns as needed.
  
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
  
• Follow all company safety policies procedures and manufacturing standards.
  
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  

• Previous experience operating CNC saws or similar manufacturing equipment.
  
• Foam-cutting experience is highly preferred.
  
• Ability to read measuring tools and interpret detailed instructions.
  
• Strong focus on quality accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
  
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
