CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Specialist - Willoughby OH - JOB 26-00025
Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits
Seeking a skilled CNC programmer with experience in precision turning milling and process development. Ideal candidates know GibbsCAM Autodesk Inventor and GD&T and have strong inspection and quality-planning skills. Gear manufacturing experience is a plus.
Key Duties:
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.

Key Duties:
- Create/optimize CNC programs
- Design tooling/fixtures
- Prepare clear process drawings with GD&T
- Plan machining sequences (turning milling VTL)
- Support continuous improvement
- Proficiency in GibbsCAM & Autodesk Inventor
- Strong GD&T and inspection knowledge
- Experience with turning milling VTL; macro programming a plus
- Quality planning background; gear manufacturing preferred
- Candidates must have solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
