Starting Pay Depends on Experience $30-$33 per hour

Required Education High School Diploma/GED or Associates Degree in Machining/Manufacturing (preferred)

Required Experience 5 years of experience operating/programming CNC

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled CNC Programmer with strong experience creating modifying and optimizing CNC programs for precision machining operations.

Responsibilities

-Responsible for developing editing and optimizing CNC programs

-Must be able to interpret technical drawings select appropriate tools and machining strategies and collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes

-Write revise and optimize CNC programs for mills lathes and multi-axis machines as well as translate engineering drawings and 3D models into accurate machining instructions

-Collaborate with machinists engineers and quality control to resolve machining issues and ensure product conformity

-Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction and scrap minimization

-All other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

-5 years of experience operating/programming CNC machinery

-HS Diploma/GED; Associates Degree in machining/manufacturing preferred

-G-Code and CAM experience required

-Familiarity with CNC tools required

-Positive attitude ability to work well with others and excellent attention to detail are required.
