The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines interpreting technical drawings and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate for this job will possess a collaborative spirit and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills lathes or routers) to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and work orders.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using measuring tools (calipers micrometers etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• Experience operating CNC machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
