Key Responsibilities
- Run production on Haas CNC Lathes Haas Mini Mills Ecoca and Okuma LH.
- Verify parts against work instructions using precision tools (Micrometers Calipers and Tape Measures ).
- Load and adjust CNC programs; troubleshoot equipment issues and report to the Production Manager.
- Maintain shift continuity by documenting irregularities and equipment status.
- Participate in efforts to drive shop efficiency and safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of CNC operation and G-Code (Haas/Fanuc).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong basic math skills for precision measurements.
- A self-starter with a Team-First attitude who welcomes constructive feedback.
- Ability to navigate a busy shop environment and handle physical tasks as assigned.
