As a CNC Machine Operatoryou will:

Job Description

• Day to Day Responsibilities
• Operate CNC milling machines according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Load and unload materials and components into machines.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Read and follow work orders blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep work areas clean organized and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist with other shop duties as needed.

This is a Full-Time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Current CNC machine operating experience is required.
• Experience operating CNC milling machines preferred.
• Basic understanding of machine shop practices and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good attendance and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as require.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent oral / written communication
• Ability to work as a team or independently.

Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM

Days: Monday through Friday and occasionally overtime on Saturday

Pay Rate: $25.00

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
