Mill Creek Machining a location of Delva Tool & Machine is looking for a CNC Maintenance Supervisorto plan and manage maintenance processes to reduce mechanical downtime to ensure production is operating at maximum efficiency.

• Leads and directs maintenance in the installation repair and preventive maintenance of equipment used throughout the facilities utilities and equipment.
• Develops implements and manages day to day supervision of maintenance processes and documentation with efficient and high performing manufacturing organizations (prevention and predictive maintenance TPM SOPs Safety etc.).
• Ensures maintenance is scheduled timely; works closely with Production to schedule and complete equipment and facility repairs.
• Develops and/or maintains KPIs for tracking and reporting the performance of the maintenance function (supplier performance 3rd party contractor performance equipment reliability overall equipment effectiveness etc.).
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment through 5-S controls.
• Ensures a safe work environment is maintained appropriate safety systems/processes are utilized and ensures compliance with all OSHA and other state/federal safety and environmental related rules and regulations.

• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
• 3 years experience working in a maintenance role is required.
• Experience with CNC servo motors and hydraulics/pneumatics is preferred.
• Working knowledge of machine components and integration.
