Air Squared Manufacturing Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical aerospace fuel cell and power generation industries. We are looking for a CNC Machinist I (3rd Shift) who would be responsible for setting up and running Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines as well as being responsible for making changes/edits to the program as needed.

Pay Range: $26 - $34/hour based on experience and qualifications

3rd shift is Friday thru Sunday 7:00am 7:30pm and pays a 12% shift differential

Job Responsibilities:

• Make program adjustments as needed
• Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machine set-up and production methods
• Use inspection equipment including but not limited to calipers micrometers and various gauging
• Verify conformance of finished first article to specifications making necessary adjustments and conducting subsequent inspection of work pieces to keep output at desired quality level
• Complete essential documentation as required
• Perform and document preventative maintenance as needed
• Deburr metal parts after they have been machined
• Assist in shipping preparation such as packaging shipping and receiving as need
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications

• MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of 3 years experience operating and setting-up CNC mills and/or lathes utilizing conversational programming (required)
