CNC MACHINIST (Priority Role multiple openings across shifts)
Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour shift differentials (2nd:
15% 3rd: 30%)
Shift: 1st 2nd and 3rd Shift Available

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists who want to work with advanced
multi-axis machining technology while producing precision medical
device components used in life-changing applications. Whether your
background is Mazak Swiss Haas Okuma Mori Seiki Citizen Tsugami
DMG Mori Makino or similar CNC equipment wed like to speak with
you.

Equipment: Mazak Integrex 100 & 200 with lower turrets Mazak Variaxis
5-Axis Machining Centers Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes Advanced
Multi-Axis Milling and Turning Platforms

What Youll Do:
- Setup and operate CNC machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and process documentation
- Select tooling and perform offset adjustments
- Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment
- Perform first-piece in-process and final inspections
- Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes
- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
- Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Experience using calipers micrometers indicators and other
precision measuring equipment
- Understanding of feeds speeds tooling offsets and machining fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Experience: Mazak machining centers Mazatrol controls
Swiss-style CNC lathes multi-axis machining medical
device/aerospace/defense manufacturing tight-tolerance precision
machining.
