CNC Machinist

In this role you will operate CNC equipment read blueprints assemble parts to specification and use precision measurement tools to verify quality. You will work with hand tools power tools mechanical inspection tools and manufacturing quality processes throughout the day. The work takes place in a busy plant environment where safety communication and reliable attendance are important. Strong candidates can follow written instructions assist with setups support training on off shifts and work well with other departments. This is a great fit for someone with solid mechanical aptitude attention to detail and a willingness to cross train as needed.

• Shift: 6:30 am - 4:30 pm

• Ability to read blueprints and assemble parts according to specifications

• Applied knowledge of controls and instrumentation

• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and inspection practices

• Ability to read and use precision measurement equipment

• Applied knowledge of mechanical inspection tools

• Applied knowledge of hand tools and power tools

• Ability to work with and assist with setups and training on off shifts

• Ability to read and understand written instructions

• Willingness to cross train in other areas of the plant as required

• Ability to work well with all other departments

• Ability to occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds

• Good work history and job tenure

• Prior CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Experience supporting continuous improvement quality checks or setup changes preferred
