Responsibilities
- Program set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines.
- Perform machine setups load parts adjust offsets make simple program edits and operate CNC equipment.
- Inspect in-process and finished parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications and quality standards.
- Run multiple CNC machines as production demands require.
- Perform basic machine maintenance including checking oils and coolant levels.
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintain a safe organized work area.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- 3-5 years of CNC machining or CNC operating experience (aerospace manufacturing preferred).
- Experience with CNC equipment such as:
- Mills: Mazak OKK Niigata
- Lathes: Mazak Puma
- Ability to read blueprints engineering drawings and work specifications.
- Experience holding tight tolerances of .0005.
- Ability to load tooling replace inserts and adjust machine offsets.
- Proficient with precision measuring instruments including micrometers height gauges and calipers.
- Deburring experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening
Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7 am to 5:30 pm with OT as needed
Pay: $22-$28 (Based on Experience) Overtime Available
