CNC Machine Operator 3rd Shift

Location: Baldwyn MS
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
Schedule: Sunday NightFriday Morning 11:00 PM7:30 AM
Position Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to work on 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC equipment and understand the importance of safety quality and productivity in a manufacturing environment.

• Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments when necessary.
• Load raw materials and remove completed parts from machines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Read and follow work orders drawings and production instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Report equipment or production issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.

• Previous CNC machine operating experience is required.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable punctual and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be comfortable working a 3rd shift/overnight schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
