CNC Lead 3rd Shift

Title: CNC Setup Lead - 4-Day Work Week - 3rd Shift (4-Day Work Week)

Location: Mentor OH Full-Time Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM (4x10 Schedule)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Looking for a solid CNC machinist ready to step into a leadership role without leaving the machines behind.
• We are hiring a hands-on CNC Lead to support 3rd shift operations keep production moving assist with setups train operators and help maintain an organized and efficient shop floor.
• If you enjoy ownership leadership and being the go-to person on the floor this is the role for you.

What Youll Do:

* Oversee CNC setup readiness including programs revisions tooling fixturing and materials

* Coordinate work orders pick lists and production priorities

* Verify tooling materials and documentation for each production run

* Ensure daily machine checklists are completed accurately

* Train operators and setup technicians on setups changeovers WIP handling and program updates

* Support development and maintenance of work instructions

* Maintain strong 5S standards and organized work areas

* Help drive efficiency improvements scrap reduction and faster changeovers

* Support shift-to-shift communication and basic safety practices

## What Were Looking For:

* 3 years of CNC operator experience

* 3 years of manufacturing experience

* 3 years using measuring equipment such as calipers and gauges

* 3 years of CNC setup experience

* Prior experience working 3rd shift and willing to continue on 3rd shift

* Strong troubleshooting and floor coordination skills

Preferred:

* Experience leading training or mentoring CNC operators

* Experience managing work orders and production flow
