TekPro is partnered with a growing precision manufacturing company in the Blaine area that is expanding its machining team. We are currently seeking experienced CNC Lathe Machinists and Operators for direct-hire opportunities in a clean well-equipped manufacturing environment.

• Set up and/or operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Perform tool changes offsets and basic machine adjustments
• Inspect finished parts using calipers micrometers and gauges
• Monitor part quality and maintain production standards
• Work closely with quality and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met

• Experience operating or setting up CNC lathes
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience in a production machining environment
• Familiarity with CNC controls and machining best practices is preferred
