As a Field Services Engineer youll support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the Iowa market. Youll work hands-on with cutting-edge technology while partnering with a diverse client baseall within an organization that truly backs its service technicians.

This role is not a national road warrior position. While travel is required its focused on local clients within the IA MN MO territory (expected 50% w/ paid travel). Responsibilities:

Although not all inclusive below are some more details:

• Perform field service installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases projects etc. and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Ideally someone with experience installing maintaining and/or repairing of CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. With this experience were looking for developed repair skills focused on the mechanical hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
