The Carriages of Bloomington is growing our TEAM and we are currently looking for people who have a passion for serving older adults. We are seeking hard-working dedicated individuals to work alongside a talented and focused nursing TEAM who enjoy working together and love serving our Residents.

The CNA / RCA group is TEAM motivated and pride themselves on providing compassionate person-centered care to our Residents. Open position is for night shift 10p-6a or 6p-6a.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living assistance with medication reminders treatments and other care while encouraging selfcare and independence.

• Assists with setting up serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.

• Provides services as indicated on Resident service plans.

• Assists Residents moving in and out as assigned.

• Assists with laundry service.

• Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control procedures.

• Maintains clean neat comfortable safe environment for Residents staff and visitors including housekeeping services for Residents.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A strong desire to help others and compassion for the elderly is a must.

• This job requires a high school diploma

• At least 1 year of experience

• aCNA certification is preferred.

• A full criminal background check fingerprinting physical drug test and TB testing are mandatory.

• Alzheimers and Dementia training is preferred but not required.
