CNACMA Pediatric Complex Medical Care (PRN)

Join us as a PRN CNA or CMA (Certified Medication Aide) in our Pediatric Inpatient Complex Medical program where we provide around-the-clock care in a warm family-centered environment. We supportindividuals infant through age 14who are unable to live at home due to their complex medicalneeds helping each individualthrive in a safe and caring setting.

Schedule

• PRN
• Day Nights or Weekends
• 6am-6:30pm or 6:00pm-6:30am

How Youll Make an Impact

• Assist with daily care routines including bathing dressing grooming and mobility while honoring each childs privacy and dignity.
• Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure each childs unique needs are met.
• Help children look and feel their best by maintaining cleanliness comfort and readiness for scheduled activities.
• Support families by sharing updates and reinforcing care techniques that promote each childs progress and well-being.
• Accurately document care provided and maintain compliance with ChildServe policies and professional standards.

What Youll Need

• Active DIA certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Iowa.
• Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 90 days and before working independently.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs be mobile within the assigned work area and frequently bend lift reach and stand.
• Ability to read write and speak the English language.
