FMOL Health is excited to partner with Rosebud Healthcare and Training Center to offer individuals the opportunity to begin a rewarding career through our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Sponsorship Program.
This CNA Cohort is specifically designed for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Interdisciplinary Team where participants will serve as Adult Care Assistants.
The Adult Care Assistant plays a vital role in supporting PACE participants by providing personal care companionship transportation assistance and other supportive services under the direction of the interdisciplinary care team.
Candidates must have reliable transportation a valid drivers license and a satisfactory driving record.

We are committed to helping you achieve your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and begin a rewarding healthcare career.
Please note that this sponsorship program is unpaid during the training and certification process. Upon successful completion of the program and attainment of CNA certification participants may be considered for employment opportunities as a CNA and will receive compensation in accordance with the position offered.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to successfully complete a one-way Spark Hire video interview.
- Education and employment history must successfully pass verification through an approved third-party vendor.
Driver Requirements:
- Valid Louisiana Drivers License required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Must meet all FMOLHS-approved driver qualifications.
- Ability to safely transport participants in accordance with organizational policies.
Preferred Qualities:
- Compassionate patient-centered approach to care.
- Dependable and reliable attendance.
- Strong observation and documentation skills.
- Commitment to preserving the dignity independence and well-being of older adults.
