San Jacinto PostAcute is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about residentcentered care and want to work in a supportive teamoriented environment.
Position Details
- Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Schedule: FullTime and PartTime opportunities available
- Pay Range: $18.50 $21.00 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing toileting grooming and mobility
- Measure and record vital signs
- Provide comfort safety and emotional support to residents
- Observe and report changes in residents condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean safe and respectful care environment
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver highquality care
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Prior skilled nursing or longterm care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Compassionate dependable and residentfocused approach
