Job Summary
We are looking for a per diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Nursing Facility
Shift: Day Shift (6:30 AM 7:00 PM 12-hour shifts)
Role OverviewAs a CNA at a Nursing & Rehab Center you will provide essential daily living support and compassionate direct care to our residents in a long-term care and rehab setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
- Assist with direct patient care transfers and repositioning under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the primary RN/LPN.
- Maintain a clean safe and supportive environment for all residents.
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification in good standing.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing rehab or long-term care facility preferred.
- Strong communication skills and reliable attendance.
