MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MINNESOTA NURSING HOMES
PCC (POINT CLICK CARE) EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- # of Beds/Residents: 40
- EMR: PointClickCare
- Ratios: RNs: Days: 1:20 Nights: 1:40 CNAs: 1:10
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: CHF COPD Alzheimers Parkinsons Diabetes
- Are there IVs or titratable drips: Minimal IV meds
- DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Charge Nurse
- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling Block scheduling): 8 or 12hr shifts - 6a-6:30p 6p-6:30a 6a-2:30p 2p-10:30p 10p-6:30a // cycle scheduling
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirements: Every other holiday
- Scrub Color: Any color or pattern scrubs
- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: 2-4 days
- Additional Notes: Has a home like work environment strong team work and strong work ethics
Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time part time or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year
RTO needed upfront - Additional RTO will not be approved including after submissions.
