• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with light housekeeping and errands
• Provide medication reminders according to the clients care plan
• Observe and report changes in a clients condition or behavior
• Maintain accurate care notes and communicate important updates to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans while promoting each clients dignity independence and safety

• Active CNA license
• Previous caregiving or senior care experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 20 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving duties
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently while communicating effectively with the care team
• Fluent English communication skills
• Compassionate dependable patient and professional
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
• Smartphone required for use of the WellSky app for timekeeping and care documentation
