Pay is based on experience and after orientation period - increased.

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to work for our home health agency and/or Hospice agency. The ideal candidate will visit patients in their home and care for the patient as directed in the care plan ensuring high-quality care for residents.

Duties
- Assisting patient with ambulation bathing and other directed care.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Uphold patients rights and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Care for patient during home or a facility (hospice) and assist the patient related to long-term care and dementia care
- Keep patients information confidential and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Holds current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting. Hospice exp a plus!
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification if state-mandated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Supplemental Pay: If location is out of area of coverage.
