• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing grooming dressing and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility transfers and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document client health status reporting any changes to the supervising nurse
• Support clients with meal preparation feeding assistance and nutritional monitoring
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe clean living environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all home health care protocols

• Active CNA certification in the state of Louisiana
• Previous experience in home health long-term care or a similar caregiving setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate patient-centered approach
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a home care environment
