Are you a skilled CMM Programmer looking for an opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality and continuous improvement We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong metrology experience to join our growing Quality Assurance team. What Youll Do

• Create develop and maintain complex CMM programs for product and component inspections.
• Perform detailed dimensional inspections and quality analyses in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Support quality assurance efforts by identifying documenting and communicating quality concerns and process improvements.
• Analyze inspection data and maintain accurate quality records and reports.
• Verify and calibrate gauges and inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Work with engineering manufacturing and quality teams to resolve dimensional and quality-related issues.
• Utilize open granite setups and a variety of precision measuring instruments.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications engineering drawings and quality standards.

What Were Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial quality environment or a combination of education and experience in quality assurance statistics metrology or numerical analysis.
• Proven ability to create and troubleshoot complex CMM programs.
• Strong experience working in a Quality Lab environment.
• Proficiency with hand measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Solid understanding and practical application of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word Excel Outlook and related databases.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a positive team-oriented attitude.
