Job Summary

What are the core responsibilities for the role

  • Coordinate with Resident Engineer and project field staff
  • Project Document control
  • Change Order Management
  • Pay Item Documentation and control
  • Project close out
  • Inspect contract documents to make sure they are compliant with standards and specifications
  • Timely delivery and/or quality of deliverables
  • Effectively communicates with contractors and subcontractors
  • Willing to accept other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
  • Establishes and maintains a variety of files and records.

Qualifications Skills and Competencies:

  • 5 years of experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
  • Knowledge of Federal requirements for Labor Compliance (preferred)
  • Knowledge of UDOTs computer systems (Masterworks ProjectWise E-Comply) (preferred)
  • Extremely Detail oriented
  • Able to prioritize heavy workloads
  • Able to Multi-task
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with and take direction from multiple levels of professional staff
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Possess a valid drivers license and a good driving record
