Requirements:
- 5 yearsin cloud infrastructure support DevOps or systems engineering.
- Hands-on masteryof AWS Azure and GCP environments (VPCs VNETs networking IAM logging).
- Expert-level networking: TCP/IP stack DNS resolution stateful firewalls IPsec/SSL VPNs routing protocols.
- Deep Linux/Unix systems administration(RHEL Ubuntu kernel tuning systemd shell).
- Exceptional analytical thinking and customer-facing communication.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Real-world experience integrating and supportingHardware Security Modules (HSMs)PKI systems orenterprise key management.
- Networking certifications (CCNA CCNP or equivalent demonstrated expertise).
- Proficiency inautomation scripting(Python Bash Ansible) and infrastructure-as-code patterns.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST FIPS 140-2 Zero Trust).
- Advanced Technical Resolution
- Lead deep-dive troubleshooting across customer cloud deployments and on-prem integrations.
- Isolate and resolve issues spanning network connectivity system performance and application-layer interactions.
- Act as the final escalation tier for mission-critical incidents.
- Customer Partnership & Enablement
- Partner directly with technical stakeholders to map infrastructure identify risks and recommend hardened configurations.
- Deliver clear actionable guidance on optimizing cloud-native and hybrid environments.
- Diagnostics & Knowledge Development
- Perform root-cause analysis in distributed high-availability systems.
- Author detailed post-incident reports runbooks and internal knowledge assets to prevent recurrence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Interface with platform engineering and product teams to influence tooling telemetry and automation.
- Contribute to proactive support frameworks and diagnostic utilities.
- Security & Cryptographic Operations
- Support deployment integration and lifecycle management of hardware-based cryptographic modules and key management platforms.
