Cloud Engineer (Okta)

Malvern PA

Strong devops engineering background with okta experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Seeking a Highly skilled SME Okta Workforce Identity platform with DevOps Cloud Engineer background with Okta API & scripting through CI/CD pipeline integration. (i.e. plan develop release). Global Authentication Services (i.e. Federations OKTA SSO 2-Factor Authentication)

Daily Okta application Onboarding client interactions and implementation.

Provide Expert level development technical and troubleshooting support. Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of infrastructure platforms include testing log analysis.

Production elevations triage and resolve incidents evaluating and recommending on procedures to mitigate. Identifies and solutions opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions.

Update write and maintain SOP documentations.

On call and remote support off hours duties and when needed.

Qualifications

Expert hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity Application onboarding User provisioning authentication protocols (i.e. SAML 2.0 OpenID Connect OAuth etc...) services.
Expert hands-on experience in DevOps Cloud Engineering Okta API Terraform & scripting (python powershell etc) (i.e. Build & Release software management etc...)
Expert hands-on experience in AWS services (i.e. EC2 ELB EBS VPC S3 CloudFormation IAM Lambda etc..) with experience on automation for AWS infrastructure provisioning monitoring etc.
Expert understanding of Web applications and API (i.e. JWT RESTful APIs JSON XML etc...). User provisioning using SCIM.
Expert hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline GITHUB code repository etc.
Large program experience specifically with implementation of a packaged system
