Job Summary

Program Description

RBHAs Womens Residential Treatment (WRTC) provides gender-responsive treatment to individuals enrolled in the program. The overarching goal is to provide holistic personal recovery and wellness. The goal for pregnant women is to coordinate high quality prenatal health care commensurate with need and ensure uncomplicated drug-free births of infants delivered while their mothers are participating in the residential program. The goal for postpartum and parenting women is to provide assistance in adjusting to parenthood including bonding with her infant infant care interacting with her infant preparing for infant/child development and parenting training.

Job Summary

Lead clinical initiatives and provide therapeutic services as a licensed-eligible clinician with significant experience. Mentor junior staff support treatment planning and contribute to program development and quality improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapeutic services to individuals and groups with moderate autonomy

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Mentor and support junior clinicians through consultation and informal training

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client care and program goals

  • Participate in clinical supervision team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records

  • Support crisis intervention and safety planning as needed

  • Other duties as assigned
