Clinical Training Specialist SupervisorCommunity Bridges Inc. (CB I) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential outpatient inpatient patient-centered medical homes medication-assisted treatment and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis opioid use disorder homelessness and mental is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona including prevention education and treatment using cutting-edge nationally recognized evidence-based SummaryThe Training Specialist is responsible for preparing scheduling monitoring and documenting company-wide training activities. This position has limited decision-making responsibility as problems can generally be evaluated in terms of defined procedures and precedents. Work may occasionally require the employee to assess several elements and alternatives which involves minor research; work sometimes requires the employee to modify methods and procedures or to plan and establish new methods and school diploma or GED required.
