The Clinical Testing Senior Lab Technician (hair color) position will be primarily focused on formulation product testing and in-vitro hair testing in our hair color lab.
All work must be executed in a scientifically sound safe and timely manner.
- Executes work with excellence with mininal daily supervision.
- Clarifies for understanding & prioritization and proactively updates supervisor on status and flags issues / help required.
- Generates and records data on repetitive and routine experiments with excellence.
- Proficient in calibration use and maintenance of standard lab / pilot plant equipment.
- Assists on making routine batches following defined protocols and routine equipment.
- Conducts routine analysis on stability batches.
- Conducts physical tests on batch samples vs defined specifications.
- Develops knowledge of Company culture resources processes etc.
- Competent in standard lab / pilot plant procedures & policies.
- Builds understanding of category.

Pay Range:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is$25.65to $27.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience skills education and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic addition to hourly rate this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus education and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
