AsaClinical TeamManageryoullcontribute to our success in the following ways:
Lead mentor and support a team of clinical field staff including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) ensuring exceptional patient care and team performance.
Recruit onboard train and develop clinical staff to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed for success.
Foster a culture that reflects Elara Carings mission values and commitment to delivering compassionate high-quality care.
Ensure compliance with all clinical regulatory HIPAA and organizational policies whilemaintainingpatient and employee confidentiality.
Review approve andmonitorclinical documentation including admissions reassessments recertifications physician orders plans of care and required clinical records to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams physicians patients caregivers and families to coordinate care plans that promote positive patient outcomes.
Monitor physician orders and documentation to ensuretimelycompletion signatures and compliance with program requirements.
Oversee clinical scheduling to ensure authorized services are delivered accurately efficiently and on time.
Review productivity billing andutilizationreportsidentifyingopportunities to improve operational efficiency and clinical performance.
Partner with clinicians to resolve scheduling payroll documentation and workflow challenges while providing ongoing coaching and support.
Ensureaccuratebilling practices coding Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and timekeeping documentation to support regulatory compliance and reimbursement.
Monitor service delivery and reporting processes to ensure clinical services are documented delivered and billed accurately.
Investigate and resolve clinical concerns patient care issues employee concerns and service-related challenges while partnering with leadership onappropriate interventions.
Manage client incidents infection control events and patient complaints by conducting thorough investigations implementing corrective actions and ensuringtimelyfollow-up.
Stay current on industry regulations accreditation standards and program requirements while helping the team remain informed and compliant.
Support state federal payer and internal audits bymaintainingaccuraterecords and ensuring ongoing regulatory readiness.
Perform nursing visits as needed to support patient care and operational needs.
Participate in on-call responsibilities providing clinical leadership and support when necessary.
Contribute to special projects process improvements and other initiatives that enhance the quality efficiency and continuity of patient care.
What is Required
Associates degreein Nursing Social Work Healthcare Administration or related field.Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of3 years ofactive experience as a RN preferably 1 year ofsupervisory home careand administrative experience.
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits policies and procedures preferred.
Strong understanding of state regulatory requirements for HCBS/PCS.
Experience in incident management investigations and regulatory compliance.
Licensure/Certification (Required):Registered Nurse
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Reliable personal transportation toperform job duties.
You will report to theClinical Administrator orDirector of Nursing.
