Job Summary

SUMMARYThis position works with the Clinical Supervisor to help oversee delivery of consumer support services for assigned location. Supervises personnel to achieve service clinical and financial objectives with general resources and reimbursement models. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance activities. This position will provide services that promote consumer choice and facilitate JOB FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below. Supervise and coaches new employees coordinates staff schedules across locations and delivers corrective actions when with clinical over-site of all services at set Clinical Director with organizing admissions and assessments (ex. Diagnostic LOCUS Mental Health Review Suicidal and evaluation level of danger/risk).Interpret and summarize findings with recommended treatment/rehabilitation activities and clinical input and supervision of treatment and plan crisis at the lowest level possible before direct service to clients including individual and group counseling conduct weekly staff meeting for location in absence of the Clinical and participate in weekly staff quality assurance for the person(s) served outcomes and service with overseeing compliance with locations license federal and state laws and CARF all documentation is completed as significant / major incidents or accidents and cooperate in external/internal investigations as RESPONSIBILITIESManages assigned personnel. Completes performance evaluations orientation and training. Makes decisions on employee hires transfers promotions salary changes discipline terminations and similar actions. Resolves employee problems within position Knowledge and Skills required for the JobThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or abilities required to perform the job. Education and Experience: Masters degree in social work counseling or closely related field required from accredited college or of 4000 hours (post BA) of verifiable work experience providing services and support to individuals with mental experience in managing systems processes and Licenses and Registrations:Possible case management licensure as a Licensed independent Clinical Social Worker or a LPCC or a Licensed Marriage and Family drivers license and car insurance Skills and Abilities:Medication management management to communicate verbally and in to operate general office organizational skills and attention to to work responsibly with high confidential be able to work independently as well as part of a Requirements:Travel as Requirements:Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time the job is rated for light Range: 71k-73k
